I will not repeat what is known about how Egyptians welcome friends of Egypt. I'm thinking how can I prove it here and now.

By the way October is very good time to visit, if you need any tips or any kind of help let us know. If you think about knowing new Egyptian friends also let us know.

Some American tourists go to foreign countries and do stuff like speaking very loudly and slowly in English to the natives and obnoxiously point out differences between their cultures.

They will make you feel very welcome I'm hopefully going at the end of October to for my birthday to spend it with my boyfriend.

Any way you will have a great time there Egypt is a great place and the people are really friendly to. Respect the culture whilst on the streets and shopping it is better to wear clothes that cover the shoulders back and stomach and not to low cut top and cover your legs to your knees as you won't get unwanted attention in the resort your staying in this does not apply unless stated. If you go shopping you may be called into shops to join them for some tea this is normal they are very welcoming like this if you don't want to that is fine just say no thank you and they will respect that and leave you to enjoy your time.

You'll be more than welcome:) Egyptians are one of the most hospitable people in the world, and they love tourists. Don't worry at all, Egypt is an extremely safe country at all hours. Occasionally some guys will come on to you (harmlessly I may add, mostly they'll just ogle you for a bit), but it's not something that doesn't happen anywhere else.

I just travelled outside of Egypt for the first time on my own a couple of weeks ago and I could've done with some advice before I went, so I know how you feel. Enjoy your stay and please don't hesitate to send me any questions you may have before coming.

Hi, there is nothing to be worried about, i'm egyptian and i know my country pretty well. Ask anyone, egyptians are so welcoming and sweet, u won't even face any language barrier as most of them speak english pretty well. I didn't go there for four years yet as far as i remember from my last visit, u'll have loads of fun and learn new stuff (may be ). I'll recommend a few places 4 u to visit, don't miss the pyramids and the museums they're really fun and apart from monuments, try majic park or dream land they're real fun fairs, and if u like malls, city stars is the best. Have no worries and loads of fun in Egypt.

Hi.I was in Egypt twice(just got back) cause my husband is still there.People are very nice(must of them) but they will cheat you on prices.My advice to you:try not to wear sexy clothes cause guys are hungry up there and they will gonna staring at you(believe me),unless you like that kind of attention(just remember that it is Islamic country).I didn't believe what my husband was telling me until i got there.All my life i was wearing what i like but not in Egypt.

egyptians read the eyes well. if your eyes say you love the place, you will get a lot in return . everybody will compete to serve you, offer you guidance, whatever you need. wear modest clothes so as not to give wrong ideas about yourself. october has fine weather . dont be concerned about anything. just make your hotel and tours reservations and come over. you will fall in love with it, on one condition which i have spelt out. bon vogage.

Sure , you will be so welcome here in Egypt . Egyptian people are so friendly . i suggest you to visit Marsa Alam . it's a nice city in the red sea . you can enjoy there so much with swimming , diving , fishing , riding the glass boat to see strange fish like mini_dugongo , go to safari tour in it's pretty desert and seeing a lot of strange and so pretty plants , birds and animals . you can call flash tour company .

I'm sure you won't find any place in the wold better than Egypt , Egyptians respect the tourists
but my advice for you is not to visit Cairo it becomes over crowded
you can visit charm elsheikh , marina , Aswan , luxor & the northen coast
