I will answer # 8 ... when I can't sleep I do the following...
*T.V , Yahoo Answers or Myspace for a while to wind down
*Maybe hot shower
*Take a benadryl. Seriously, take one and lay down. These are not harsh on the system and not addictive. They help you stay asleep longer and harder without knocking you out cold. Take one and do something relaxing and then go to bed. You will feel great in 7-8 hours =) I am a tiny person so maybe if you are taller take two. Start w/ one though. Happy resting.
