Very simple recipe :

1 cup of pations
1 cup of forgiveness
1 cup of love
1 cup of understanding
1 cup of communication
1 cup of sharing interests etc
a pinch of sex

Mix all of this together and bake in an oven at
a temp of 100% giving and expecting nothing in return .
