I have this picture of a log cabin somewhere in Canada or Alaska in my mind. Lots off tall pine trees and and a crisp cool lake where I can do some fishing. A little bit off snow on the ground. A log fire burning in the cabin and a lady to keep me company.
At the moment I live in a hot dusty desert.

if i could do anything right now, it would be having cuddles with a boyfriend near a bonfire at a beach or a camping place. i say a because i've never had one, and have always wanted one. i find it hard getting a boyfriend because most just want to be my friend and see me as one of the guys, and the rest are just looking to have fun

instead im driving over to esselin street in sunnyside where Mr Cash's mother is standing on the corner waiting for the next customer to pick HER UP! to tell her that her S#it head of a son has P!ss$ed me off the wrong way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, Poepela, I can also go with the tropical beach idea. However Pattaya is by far not Thailand's best beach. I'd rather go for one of Thailands islands - Koh Samui, Koh Tao or Koh Phiphi. Love to go sea kayaking on the crystal clear water, gliding over the coral reefs. In this part of the world the Philippines (with its 4000+ tropical islands also offer great beaches. Puerto Galera is easy to get to and affordable. Then...there's this one place...El Nido....verrrrry beautiful, but I just drooled over the pics on rhe net...wayyyy beyond my budget.
Another "place" I yearn for is sitting in the African bush next to a crackling campfire, watching the sunset and hearing a fish eagle call somewhere. Can't help it. I'm just soooo in love with Africa, despite all her problems.
The third is sitting in my family's beach house, with a mug of hot coffee, packing a big puzzle while the Cape winter rain pounds the tin roof and the ocean rumbles in the background. That may just become true in a couple of weeks time...
