In one sentence. Persians and Arabs are COMPLETELY Different.
The Persians are an Indo European people. Their closes relatives are the Indians and Europeans.
The Arabs are an Afro-Asiatic people. Their closest relatives are East Africans,Berbers, and people from the upper half of Africa.
The only thing Persians and Arabs share are a border, and in some cases religion.
I know some people may be offended to hear the the closest relatives of the people of the Arabic speaking nations are the people of East and Central Africa. But please do not be offended. This is fact that has been proven time and again linguistically,genetically, and culturally. This statement EXCLUDES ALL Armenians,Circassians,Kurds,etc. who are all Non Semitic people who have settled in Arab nations

Persians and arabs are not the same. Arabs speak Arabic and persians speak Farsi. Arabs originated in the arabian penisula and persians originated in modern Iran. Most arabs supported Iraq during their war with Iran. Saudi Arabia is very afraid of Iran. They fear Iran will take over Iraq and the entire middle east in an attempt to restore the old Persian Empire. That is why the Saudis help us begrudgingly in Iraq. Most arabs are sunni muslims and most persians(Iranian) are shia muslims. |

nope, im Moroccan, Persians are nothing Like us Arabs apart from the fact that the alphabet and geographical part is similar. Persians for some strange reason have something against Arabs lol and yeaa i get watt u mean about how Arabs and Persians look similar like Skin tone, dark hair, dark eyes yeaa makes sence. but no not the same at all. =D

No way. Beleive it or not, but Persians are more similar to Germans and Europeans than to Arabs.
Ok, they are closer to Arabs in geography, religion, and alphabet. That's it.
But in how they look, and their language is much closer to German than Arabic because they are Indo-Germanic people, as well as their language which is Indo-Germanic.
They have only adapted the Arabic alphabet because of when they converted religion. |
