Many Israelis have immigrated to the U.S throughout the years. It is hardly a new occurrance.
I would hold off on the celebration, since the newest trend among Israelis is the return to Israel.
Keep in mind that most Israelis do not intend to live outside of Israel permanently, but rather temporarily, in order to complete their education or to expand their horizons. The final goal of most Israelis is to go back to their homeland. |

Yes, I'm monitoring this and working on a report.
I saw a question here last week by "beyson"that was always deleted about that report, that Israel can not survive more than 20 yeas.
Also arabs are fleeing their countries because of their Zionist leaders, like mubarak, king abdulah, mahmoud abbas and others for the same reasons why good jews are fleeing occupied Palestine.
Shay: you are right their is still immigration from Russia and ex-ussr, but when they discover the Zionist plan, 75% of them run and flee the so called "promised land". |

I've met more than a hundred former "israelis" in the last three years alone. As far an immigration by American Jews,I think Daniel Kramer's excellent book "Why Israel Failed" has had a strong impact. I don't thinking they feeing the Palestinian Resistance however; they are simply seeking someplace with more opportunity. That's the explanation I always hear: they came for better jobs at better pay. |

yea, they are
also, they are getting prepared for a civil war.
it took them that long to realize that what they are doing is wrong! |

That's a totally false statement. What you read is a hate site's statement about a false CIA report. You might not have seen it on a hate site-- but that's it's original source.
And no they aren't fleeing. However, Jews ahve been persecuted enough that we tend to keep passports & whatever we need to leave quickly from whereever. My passport is ALWAYS up to date, & I'm in no danger. |

nah. not fleeing! there are a couple of good reasons i can give you for why Israelis want American passports.
1. Israelis LOVE to travel and American passports are accepted in more places. and the security checks with American tourists tend to be more pleasant.
2. many Israelis leave Israel for a few years (esp right after the army) to make money overseas....and the states happen to be a great place to do so. i have many friends doing this now, and every single one of them wants to come back after they reach their goal.
3. and last, i think your "CIA report" is a fake. 99% of the Israelis I know (and i LIVE in Israel...) do not have American passports and nor do they want them. A lot of Israeli's have Visas to visit the states.....but not passports. many of those Israelis i mentioned that work in the states temporarily often try to get citizenship so that they do not stay illegally (most often by marriage). but as I said, they WANT to come back. |

You can be smart there, but you cant keep peace there.
There was never peace there whatever of overconsumers of sweet water populated that peninsula.
The elements of nature rules there, not peace.
And the fact is :flourishing human life depends on a quantity of sweet water.
Only robotic machinery is able to coexist in peace there. |

i do not believe so, a lot of israelis go overseass to work for a couple of years and then come back, in addition, american passports are welcomed in more places than an israeli pasport is. but even if they were fleeing, record numbers of people moved to israel last year and even more are expected this year, (including me!!!) so im sorry to burst our bubble, but thats OUR land and we intend to keep it |

Let's just say they're starting to see the writing on the wall - and it ain't pro-zionist.
But they should not be fleeing to the U.S. Most of them have roots in Europe - and that's to where they should return. America, while open to immigration of people of any religion, should not be the only refuge they seek or it will stir trouble there. |

Immigration to Israel is still continuing so the inflow is greater than the outflow of people. To answer the question, NO. |

Israel is very real. The attempt by the asker to call it "ersatz" just shows his lack of familiarity with the word and with the world.
There is no truth to the claim that any sizable number of Israelis are applying for American citizenship.
I wonder where these "facts" come from. |

Nope, they go to the US, get a degree, make some money, and go back to Israel. And LOL at anyone who thinks the leaked CIA report was legitimate, even though it used language strongly preferred by those who hate Israel. |

i've many friends who leave for similar reasons, mainly to the US but also to Europe to study or work. some stay abroad. |

Many leave to the US to make money. After they retire most go back to the Israel. |

By the last day of 2008, the Jewish Agency will have facilitated the the immigration of 76,500 people. As in years past, the largest bloc of immigrants, representing 35 percent of the total, came from Russia, Ukraine and other countries that were part of the former Soviet Union. Another 20 percent of the olim (people who make aliyah) came from Western Europe, followed by 19 percent from North America and 13 percent from Africa. |

I do not know about if the "Zionists" started to flee, but that muslims are running form their islamic paradise by millions for the last 40 years-this I know for sure;i see your arab stouts at every step in Europe .
What´s wrong, muslims? Why are you leaving your islamic land,"the craddle of heroes" which is "filled with the breath of the prophet muhammad" and run to these "godless, corrupt and vile" Europe,USA,Australia,Canada,Russia-and even to Israel?
So bad is the life in "the land of Islam"?
And Allah?Does he not help you? No?It´s strange. You have tried so hard to kill all the kaffirs, especially the Jews an Americans, that he would have to appreciate your efforts. But looks like he judges by the results, not by the efforts, and you have not fulfilled his expectations and could not kill all the Jews and could not make "all the world for Allah".
So,he deided to stop to help such bad and inefficient servants. |
