There's over 1 million people in Gaza. Most killed were Hamas military -- according to Hamas. Around 50 civlians were killed since Hamas stations itself among civilians.

Gaza has one of the highest population growth rates in the world. And if Israel was trying to kill them off, you'd think she could do a better job. Either her piliots are terribly incompetent, or she's aiming for military targets only. I'll pick #2.

There are plenty of women and children alive in Gaza except for a small number who were killed when Hamas exposed them to danger by firing rockets from school grounds and public parks where children play.

Sure, lots.They are there to give support to the terrorists. Who do you think is feeding and hiding the moslem terrorists? They also serve as human shields to try to gain the pity of the world. They show dead bodys and say they are "innocent". Funny, I cant tell just by looking whether the dead were truly innocent or deeply involved in supporting terrorism against Israel.

The ones who have not been murdered by Hamas directly or indirectly are still alive. If Israel can aggressively prosecute this war (instead of the half-way measures used to date), in the long run, it will save many, many Arab lives. Hamas does not wish this to happen as every Arab killed (by Hamas) can be blamed on Israel for international propaganda purposes.

Yes there are. In fact I talked to a Gazan by phone yesterday (and most of the night on Messenger). They are scaredshitless for their children's lives. Just like the Israelis living in Sderot, Ashdod, and Askelon. Your connection between this military exercise and the holocaust cannot be ignored though.

Don't be silly. Almost 90% of those killed were Hamas officials, officers and members. Any civilian deaths should be blamed on Hamas - who put the innocents around them as human shields. Hamas openly admits doing this.
You can't expect Israel to care more about Palestinian civilians than Hamas, their own government, does, surely???

Israel has spent the past year gathering intelligence so as to ensure that only Hamas targets are hit. She even WARNS before she attacks, so that any innocents an escape!

I hope that there are, but it seems to me the Israelis are doing their best to make sure nothing survives there.
