Will be married for 25 years in December - we were going 'steady' - (together as it is said by the kids today) for 5 1/2 years and engaged for 2 years before we got married - and will not change a thing if I have to have it all over again.

Shacking up for me does somehow feel like married life... I'd like to get married but I kinda feel scared. It sort of feels like a life sentence and my idea of a marriage is the wedding (which seems the case for some women)... I wonder if I'll be as ready for marriage as the wedding.

When I do get married, trust me, you'll be on my list of marriage mentores... :)
