Not at all. Before going into business, I worked for many years in the social field with a group of people who had every right to cry.
The only uncomfortable part is when people start apologising for crying as if they committed a crime. I really really wish people would let crying do its job ( releasing stress) and not stress over crying in public and go into all the apologies. |

OMG so uncomfortable. When I was little there was absolutely NO crying allowed in my house, so when people cry in front of other people I feel so weird and have no clue what to do. |

Nope, been there, done that, and I appreciated every shoulder and am happy to lend out my shoulder to whoever needs it. Cry a river and I'll still stand there knee deep in your tears if you need me. |

No , it's never been a problem for me ...either to console someone or to let the tears flow myself !
It's been my experience that to hold things back does a lot more harm & crying is part of the recovery process .
It isn't necessary to say anything when someone is crying ...just to be there , maybe hold a hand is enough. It is more a sign that you care ! |

A real man and a real woman isnt afraid to be around someone who is crying and will want to naturally console them
Its hard for plastic people to be this way though. |

if its someone close to me no, i let them let everything out and give them a shoulder to cry on, i know how it feels to breakdown like that like if someone were to do that in front of people they must really be like heart broken all they need is someone to console them |

ummm if a person is a cry-baby I tell them to put a sock in it ... but if it's a valid reason then all they need is a heart-felt hug and nothing more ... they'll calm down eventually and you don't have to say anything until they're ready to make a conversation ... |

Tell me about it!
I try everything! I tell them jokes, I try to hug them.. :-S still feels akwards till they stop =D |

no
on the contrary
i always stand with whoever is crying i do my best to help i wont say to him stop crying or dont cry ni i let him/her cry and "soulage" empty his heart from the words and expressions he wants to say "fadfadah" a littel to relieve na dease his heart
i just take him between my armes and show him support and make him feel safe telling him all the supportive words he needs to hear or give him a silence he prefers |
