cape town is lovely at this time of the year. it is in the middle of summer, so it is very hot and the weather is lovely especially the sunsets

December is summer, it is dry and hot and fab for the beach. It is cooler in the evening though which makes it perfect.

It is summer in Cape Town and gets very hot- 25 - 36 ( C).It can also get extremely windy with a strong South East wind.

It's summer ... like the rest of S.A, it gets REALLY hot. C.T is sometimes windy, but there probz won't be any rain coz the Western Cape (the province that C.T is in) gets winter rain

Summer and quite hot. Daytime temps of about 35 degrees at times. Cape Town can also be windy although December is not the windy month, that is more in March. But Cape Town has a wind called teh Cape Doctor, it is a South Easterly wind and is quite strong. It is called this as it blows out to sea and blows all the "germs and pollen" out away from the land.

Its summer in capetown the weathere should be pretty hot thoe it does rain alot in capetown so do take an umbrella but chances are small ;)

Summer temperatures in December range from around 15 to 27 degrees Celsius (60 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit),Rainfall is moderate throughout the year and there are refreshing sea breezes which can sometimes turn a little bracing during the winter.

its summer...and holiday season. its hot and sunny...blue skies and everyone in wonderful mood coz its holiday. there is a lovely breese somedays which is refreshing. temps vary from 27-36. evenings are wonderful too...warm but not stifeling

got the lonly planet here and it says 18-22c 1 inch of rain for Dec
as you go east it changes eg jo berg 18-26c and 5inch of rain.

obviously you don't come from here well anyway its summer.very hot temps like once it was 38 C but normally like 25-35 C or something

It would be summer (CT is in the Southern hemisphere), and the weather will be sunny and dry, about 28-35 degrees Celsius.
The Cape is SA's only winter rain area, so winters are cold and wet, but the summer will be sunny and dry. The rest of SA is summer rainfall, so almost tropical, with warm sunny days and quick thunderstorms.
