Isn't it funny....it takes so long to crank it up , then the wretched thing will never shut down when you want it too!

i slepp in pitch black... complete darkness. not one bitof light and if there is any light then i put the blanket over my head so that i see not one bit of light !!!!

i leave my tv on with a timer. if im not asllep when the timer goes off its the dark for me

I leave a little light on,i always thought i can sleep in the darkness like dimmed,but once it was so dark that i couldnt even see my fingers,my heart was rushing so fast and i got really scared,i never knew i was that scared of dark lol

I sleep with complete darkness unless my roommate isnt home..and then I sleep with the bathroom light on and leave the door open a little bit so the light barely shines through

It depends. I usually sleep in the dark however, if I can't sleep I turn the TV on the History Chnl, the sound of narrated shows put me to sleep. Then TV then turns itself off in about 30 - 45 min.

I sleep in the dark, but I like to have a window shade open or something to give just a hint of light, a lamp on in another room is too much light, I think it is just so I can see somewhat around me if I hear a weird noise or something?......SHHH dont tell anyone I'm kinda scared at night okay.....LOL

I always have to have some light on if I'm sleeping alone. I usually leave the tv on. If someone else is sleeping in the same room, I'm not as scared so if they want...I'll turn the tv off. That is unless I know they will fall asleep fast because then I will lay there in the dark scared. Haha...I'm a chicken.
