I agree because that quote is basically saying that later on in your life you are gonna wish you took those opportunities that you let pass by you..
The biggest thing in life that most people regret are the risks we didn't take, the things that we let pass by us, the stuff we didn't do!!
Although some people do regret the things we did do, most of the time we regret stufff we didn't do.
I know i do, like when a friend of mine say stuf about me behind my back, i didn't say anything to her about it, and now i regret it all the time!!
I guess it really depends on the person,etc.
But i have to say that i completely agree with saying and that most ppl do regret the risks that they didn't take in life!

these choices can make a person indefinitely happy or unhappy .
the period of 20 years is significant , bec this is enough to know your true feelings in these two concerns .
