I try not to...my little girl made up a song just with "f... f... f..."
She's only two....so I feel like a really rotten parent right now!!!!

I don't, but i do at my shebeen (we do it in a playfull way)

Don't ask me if there's a playful way of cursing, because we do it anyway,....playfully!

I feel very bad if I curse.........I remember once cursing at a motorist while I was with kids in my car......I felt so bad that since that day, I've never done it ......... your question reminded me of that day and the look I got from the youngest of the two kids with me......I think their presence with me in the car that day brought changed me a lot in respect of cursing in general........I don't remember the last time I did it.......

I don't swear infront of children. But I don't think I would be able to hold myself if I meet turniton... or Bull infront of children.

i dont hav children but my parents dont swear infront of me and i've noticed that i swear ALOT LESS than my frends who's parents swear in front of them.

it might also b cOz i'll get i hiding if they ever herd me lOl

I hate it when people swear particularly in front of kids, i make a point not to swear and funny enough it is always the swearing the kids learns first

No. I think it's inappropriate. They don't need to hear you say these "bad Words" because they might think it's okay to say them their selves. Remember you are your kids main example. They probably look up to you.

Generally, i swear a lot. Not for lack of words, its just a habit of mine.

But i dont swear in front of children (i dont have kids, nor do i want kids), or my parents for that matter (even my dad, and his mouth is as dirty as mine).
Thats just wrong and disrespectful.

I do, once in a while, but I've never consciously intended to.

It sometimes happens as an expression of frustrasion or something when I'm on the phone or watching something on TV.

My kids are smart enough though to tell me right away not to say bad words.

And I've been getting better at avoiding the use of 'bad words' in the house, at least.
