I try to. I am bilingual and have been living in Florida for 20 years, but I am Puerto Rican, so within the wide variety of American culture, I find it challenging to be tactfull with everyone. I consider myself to be simple. I come from humble beginnings but I'd also like to be more suave and more empathetic with the people I deal with. I guess what stands out from me is my nobility. And good people see that, but sometimes my rough edges come a bit askew to some. I guess I can't have it both ways.

I try to be tactful, I try to treat everyone the way that I would want them to treat me and being tactful is definitely one of them!!

Me? Tactful?! Well that would be a day to remember! hehehe I am very open, honest and sometimes even blunt. I try not to be rude, but sometimes I just blurt out stuff that my my mind doesn't process first! So I guess no ... me and tact don't get along very well! lol

Sometimes. But other times I say something that comes out wrong and I can't stuff the words back in my mouth in time.

To have the ability to be tactful is a virtue, IMO. I am sorry to say I am not the best at it.
