I've found the best way to discourage nuisance sales people is to tell them that while I can't afford the "wonderful" product they are selling, if they want to buy it for me, I would be happy to receive whatever it is. This usually stops the harassment, especially when you tell them you can't afford it. After they realize they aren't going to make a sale, ask them to take you off their call list. |

I especially like when they call my number and ask to talk to my mom (I have a child´s voice) or ask if the owner of the house is here or my husband ...-" My mom is not in" .... (of course, she is heaven) ... - "They are not home right now" ... -"He will be back only after ten pm" ...
At the door I just tell them I am too busy, or I don´t need it now or do not have the money for it ... all true, by the way ... |
