shower, still feel dirty after a bath...if i do take a bath i will rinse off in the shower when finished with the relaxing bath..

BATH. I just don't think a shower does the job. It's okay to take one in the morning, like a cold shower to wake you up and get you started on your day and I have done that. I prefer baths though. You get clean all over. I usually take like 2 a day; 1 in morning 1 at night. I may take a shower once in the evening if I've been outside all day or running errands all day or going somewhere late in the evening or something like that.

baths are nice for easing aches and pains and colds, but you kind of wallow in your own dirt, so for me, shower is it.

Hygiene is very important so, I love to 'wind-down' in a bubble-filled bath every evening and a nice warm shower every morning helps me wake up and feel good and ready to start the day.
