sometimes i feel i don't belong to this country, am sorry to say that but i never felt that i don't belong to this world.

Well, what I wanna say is that feeling that one does not belong to this world is not an objection against Allah's deeds and our destiny, for me it's just an objection against wrong circumstances we live because of mistaken people.

Insha'Allah, yes, I often feel a bit out of place in this world.

The things that I hold to be most important seem to be the things that most of the world holds in low esteem, or , at least, the persons in the country (USof A) in which I currently reside.

Spirituality, seeking "the Face of God" so to speak, is not thought of highly here. Lip service is given to religion and the pursuit of such but as I have done the same thorugh my more than fifty years of life, I have always been made to feel and to know that other people were not doing such, at least the majority of others weren't, and that I was indeed the "odd man out".

Insha'Allah, we are all here for just a short while and then, if we have followed what we knew to be best for us in sincerity and honesty, treating others as we know they should be treated and as we would like to be treated, truly trusting and believing in Allah/God, we will go "home".

Of course everyone get that feeling sometimes. For me what i have to do is remeber thatother people are feeling the same way that i am. i tink you needed to be more specific with you question....whats making you feel like you dont belong? And whatever is making you feel like you dont belong.....fix it....i know it sounds easier than it is...
