The Israelis use that word all the time to describe those critical of Israel. They also use the words "anti-Semite" and "Holocaust-denier" even if the person they're referring to is neither.

Just goes to show that they have no argument...

Calling someone a Nazi or comparing them to the Nazis is a bad idea.

Nothing can be as bad as the Nazis were and nothing can be or should be compared to it. The moment that you add a Nazi comparison into your argument, you lose the argument. The tactic is usualy saved for a last, desperate attempt to make the other person look in-human.

There are self-identified nazis - they are called neo-nazis - but in the 21st century the term is used in reference to the historical German Nazis or more commonly as a slur against any and all critics of zionism.

Just a question that keeps bugging me, if Israel is not a war state why most reports are sourced from the "Isareli Army" radio????
Don't tell me it's in state of war especially that;
1- It's military power is far beyond that of all Arab States together
2- All its neighbouring arab countries are terrorised by the USA war machine (No offense to USA citizens but simply stating facts)

nowadays this is a school
some anounce themselves as new nazies and others deny that to themselves although they are nazies
the first school has only few number of members they appear mostly in germany they are not very simillar to hitler ,they believe in germany the same way as it was for hitler but not against other nations
they might dislike turks arabs moslems dark medetereanian who is working in their country
the other nazism is the most dangerous it is as a vampire who does not know that he is a vampire,especially that this vampire lives amongst humans
they kill thinking they are fighting to liberate countries
or war against terror
or crusaders they are to liberate holly land

In this category it simply means anyone who supports the Palestinians or criticizes the precepts of zionism. It does reflect a lack of standards since it is merely used as a slur.

Actually, the only difference between the Nazi actions in Germany towards the Jews, and the way the Israeli's are treating the Palestinians, is the Israeli's are not using ovens, but their aim and the end result will be much the same.
They are trying to eradicate the Palestinians and force them out of the area.
They are still using superior military force against civilians.

I am not sure but since I have seen many people label Zionists as Nazis on this message board many times I would have to say there is no standard that certain people will apply the word.

I think not. It shows a firm lack of imagination or originality. Someone said the Jews call everyone that disagrees with them a Nazi, but the only ones I remember using the word, or apartheid, is Muslims.
Maybe it's because I was raised around so many WW2 vets that I see Nazi a a very dirty word and unique to Europe. Just a another cuss word to me. I don't use them.

I call people Nazi who have Nazi ideals and values. White people are the only people who matter. Jews and other minorities should be eradicated. No other religion matters except their own odd form of Christianity which I would hazard a guess to say is nothing like "true Christianity".
Those people who preach keep other races, ethnic groups, religions etc "down" are who I call Nazi.
Just because someone disagrees with me does not mean yu are a Nazi. You call for my head on a platter because I am a Jew and I think I have the right to call you a Nazi, yes.
Also, there are people who are quite proud to call themselves Nazi's.
To say that Reinhardt Heidrick was a zionist is not quite accurate. He certainly did not oppose "the final solution" and only his death kept him from being an even bigger part of the Nazi administration than he was. Yes, he did want to send the Jews to a country of our own but that was also discrimination. He wanted the "loot" left behind for the Nazi party and the Jewish people in Germany and Austria were a vital part of the society.
Palestinians call Jews Nazi's and yes, when Yitzhak Rabin was in office people did "photo shop" pictures of him into a Nazi uniform and it was quite enraging to the Israeli public at large.
Only Nazi's and those who follow the Nazi ideas and values should be called Nazi's.

It disgusts me to hear the Israelis call the Palestinians Nazis and to hear the Palestinians call the Israelis Nazis.Neither group has the copyright to that label so stop using it.Reinhard Heydrich (a real Nazi) once said,"Because I am a National Socialist,I am also a Zionist."It was the original intent of the German Nazis to settle the Jews of Europe in their ancient homeland.Things unfortunately got a little out of hand later on but that was the original intent.Now if someone like Heydrich once thought the Jews deserve ownership of the land you Arabs call Palestine,don't you think the Jewish claim really is more legitimate?It is time for you Arabs to shut up,move over,and let the Jews live in peace in the land the Bible calls Israel.But at least stop calling each other Nazis.

Contrary to what 'nasserist' says, Israelis will very rarely if ever accuse someone of being a 'nazi'.

But given that, just like the Nazis, many Arab countries have PUBLICLY sworn to wipe out the Jewish nation, then it's an accurate term sometimes. After all, it's a matter of simple public record that in WW2, the Arab world stood side by side with Hitler and welcomed him as a 'brother' and honoured guest. The Grand Mufti Of Jerusalem openly stated that he wished he could imitate what Hitler was doing so that he could kill every Jew living in Palestine.

And when we have people in this forum like 'nikki' who only a month ago openly suggested that every Jew in Israel should commit suicide, then again, perhaps the description fits.

There are some people in this forum who are NOT discussing politics or travel; instead, they use this space to just repeat foolish anti semitic slurs. We all know who they are, and everyone on YA! sees their spite and recognises them for what they are: racists.

No Jew or Israeli EVER calls someone a 'nazi' just because they disagree. To suggest that they do has no foundation in fact.
