Well all the questions I've posted so far are in the Lebanon section.

Most of the time I follow a Round Robin. I give my Best Answers by turn that is. In case I lost count, I just go for the answer with the highest ranking. I also like to welcome new users (if I feel the new user is authentic).

Yes i find it very hard to vote as best answer,especialy if u have alot of answers to pick only one!!
Sometimes i just leave it,so ppl can vote!

anyway, what I do when I have multiple best answers is see who was the first one to give me the best answer and I vote for him/her

I think we all have that problem! There are, usually, many very good answers, we just have to do the best we can in those situations.

Yes all the time! sometimes its the funniest depending on the Q or if I am serious.. the one who makes the most effort.. I used to have problems deciding between Hallambra and Webby and Smutty and Ghannouje at times.. they're so entertaining.. but I normally tell if I had problems deciding.. having said that its not about best answer generally, its just important we all participate in every question because I get upset if people who are important to me dont answer :(

it always happens to me but choosing a best answer is simple just hear what ur heart say and u will find it easy not only this but whenever u r confused just hear what ur heart says and u will get ur answer

you knw that i never get depressed.. even if there is something so bad i always have an up side to it (even if someone dies)...lol but voting for best answer is just PRESSURE. !!!

sometimes its hard to choose when a lot of the answers are similar.so what i do is if the person adds a Little something extra(like i do when i answer a question)it makes it easier for me to choose like if they say good luck or best wishes .and when you read the answer it makes you feel better about what ever your problems are.hope this helped

I answer a lot of questions and could care less about the Yahoo point thing. I just want people to have the best possible information which is great when there are many responses to look at.

What I see is a lot of opinions including my own from personal experience or know others that have come across what is being asked. Why answer a question when you know nothing about a subject. People ask to get information that they can determine will be the best for them.

"Weed out" the ones you know have no bearing at all, those that know nothing about the subject. Take the best, in your opinion, 2 or 3, and choose.

I understand. there are a lot of very kind and caring people on Yahoo! who sincerely want to help. sometimes it's almost impossible to choose a best answer. so you just have to find the one that really hits home with you and answers your question in the way that you see as most beneficial to you. trust me, I'm pretty sure most people are like myself and are just happy to see that you've gotten the help that you were looking for. it's always a great feeling to have your answer chosen, but if it's not that's okay too!

This is how i do it. If more then one person gets the question right or explains the answer well, I choose the first person in order to get it right.

Yeah, it is really hard. Especially when people go to the trouble to provide links and seem to really care and put forth an effort.

I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings - so sometimes I think it's better to not pick one. Then I decide to pick one because at least somebody will get the ten points. I wish I could spit it between the top two.

Yes it is very hard so if I find myself in a situation like that I ask myself which one helped me the most or I vote for the one that got there first.

sometimes I just complement the others also in the best answer section. remember, there is only ONE best answer, so don't sweat it.

You have to weigh them out and decide which one is THE MOST helpful, funny, positive, or a combination of them all. It may be hard but one of them had to make you feel better than the others. Email the one that came close and tell them it was a tough decision and how good their answer was. Hope this helps!!!

well u just pick it does not matter what ever u think is the best

and if u have many then u do something like elimination

process of elimination, when you have answers the same or opinions as good as on another.

I weed out the ones that don't matter (smart alec answers, answers that don't make any sense, answers that are ridiculously mi spelled etc)

then I weed out the ones that are informative but did not get to the point.

then I weed out the ones that are too lengthy.

then if there are two or three left I decide on how they answer the questions according to the guidelines. do that have straight forward answers, without prejudice or attitude etc.

if there are still ties then I pick the one I like the most and include the other person as well, the second one does not get the points but they at least get acknowledged.

yes...it often becomes tuff....
may be some times, some people says the some thing, some in short way, some in elaborative way........
i choose through, who can catch my feelings, my problems and answer nearby my thinking.....and, who really thinks about my problem....coz, it can be easily differ that who r copy-pasting answer or who are writting for their own heart.
i feel to give them best answer as they r giving me their valuable time and they r analysing my problem beautifully....
