I think we can all forget about peace now, it's never going to happen. Israel is in a position now where peace doesn't really do anything for them, it wouldn't be to their advantage. They would have to give up land and allow their neighbour to prosper. The israelis say that (All) of Palestine is their's because they won it in a war, I guess we'll just have to go back and take back what's our's when we know we're gonna win that war ; )

And ignore pb, ABC, alot of people here prefer to just make personal attacks when they have nothing else to say. Just ignore them! It's like being in a room full of Kindergarten kids during resis, ''You pissed me off, okay I'm going to call you stupid now, I hope you get offended!''

PB- Actually, I just described what you do, this is not meant to be an insult (your type of insult) of calling others stupid and all the other crap that you say when you don't like what's being said. You're actually like I just described; someone pisses you off you start 'calling them names' and insulting them like a kid in kindergarten. I don't have to look too far to find examples by the way, but I don't even have to bother... everyone here has seen you do it (like right here for instance.)

and what occupied territories?- the only authorities of the land were the turks and then the british and only then there were 2 authoritires - Israel and palestin(which is Jordan basiclly - which we are in peace now - and of course is made up from 70% palestinians - thus it is very possible for Israel to make peace with palestinians because we have already done it with jordan. - and Jordan (with the 70% palestinians) happily gave Israel peace so that Israel could keep some percent of the palestinians which wanted to move to jordan)
so yes Israel has already made peace with the palestinians so don't say it's not possible.
anyways by law Israel has annexed the territories after 7 arab countries attacked it - so after you loose you suddenly feel it's ok to blame israel for loosing - very mature....(cynically)

to conclude - 7 arab countries attacked Israel and it won fairly and anexxed a lot of land - and and now you want everything because you lost - that is very childish- Jordan(the other palestine) and Egypt have already made peace and they knew what to give up - so you should be reasonable because otherwise you'll just be seen as you are here - a liar without any integrity.

They've already accepted withdrawal in Gaza and voted the same for the West Bank.
Israel has agreed to a freeze on settlement construction except natutral growth.
Israel does not accept the Right of Return and does not consider it neccessary for peace. To be fair, pan-Arabia has refused to recompensate Israelis evicted following the creation of Israel, who number more than the Palestinian refugees and had much more wealth left behind.
Israel sees Jerusalem as the united capital of both Israel and the Jewish people and will not give half of it up. Your questions seem to imply that every Palestinian demand that Israel disagrees to is a sign that Israel doesn't want peace. Let's keep in mind that peace is built on compromise and not just one side getting everything they want.
Israel has freedom of religion, and does allow Muslims to pray at al-aqsa. This is much more than can be said for the Kotel while under Jordanian control.
Israel will not stop fighting terror until there is no terror to fight. As long as terror runs loose unchecked by the Palestinians in charge, Israel will continue targeted strikes.
Israel has been releasing Palestinian prisoners. However many there are, you can't assume that they're all innocent. Either way, prisoners would be released as part of a deal, and not neccessarily before.
Israel has never agreed to the claims of torture. Either way, certain methods of information gathering are both legal and neccessary.
As soon as a deal is reach and the Palestinians take over their own administration and security. Part of the deal would be removal of all Israeli military installations, including checkpoints, pending a Palestinian country. As with most other things, until terror stops, checkpoints and the like are neccessary. When there is a Palestinian country and no terror, there will be no checkpoints.
Israel has not made any official exclusive claim to the natural resources. This would be worked out in said peace deal.
Israel refuses to recognize any international court as having authority over supposed 'war crimes'. No court has displayed impartiality; the Hague for example famously wanted to try Ariel Sharon, while refusing to consider Yassir Arafat a war criminal despite the latter's well known history of terror and murdering of innocents. There is no conceivable reason for Israel to turn its 'suspects' over to an international court, as there is no reason to require this for peace. Both Yassir Arafat and his successor Mahmoud Abbas have been responsible for terrorist activity - Fatah has a terrorist wing as well. Hamas is itself a terrorist party. Terrorism is as much a war-crime as anything else. Would the Palestinians hand over every member of the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade? Of Hamas? I think not.

Which kind of peace do they want? Real peace - compromise and agreement. A deal on paper. Not giving in to every demand Palestinians make without any agreement only to see a terrorist entity take control.

Many people answering this question have answered it before in one of mine, peace for peace, meaning they don't want to give back the West Bank. they don't want to remove the settlements. Thank god Olmert sees it for what it is...lol...he is the only hope...(yicks)
