Depends You Want History Egypt Modern Life Morocco
I Have Never Been To Morocco So I Can't Advise You
You Should Ask In The Morocco Section
But I Live In Egypt So I Can Tell You If You're Going To Egypt You Have Multiple Destinations
If You Want Beaches And Resorts Sharm El Sheikh Is The Destination For You It's Filled With Beaches And Resorts Movenpick Especially Is Excellent But Expensive There Is Also Scuba Diving(The Water Is Shallow So No Fear Of Drowning Except In Some Places) And Safari But If You're Looking For History And Monuments You Have Three Destination
First Of All Giza Is Near To Cairo(The Capital City) Very Near
Giza Is Where The Great Pyramids And The Sphinx Are A Great Sight! Cairo Is Where The Nile Is You Could Go On Cruise And Bottom Glass Ships
Secondly There Is Also Luxor Where All The Temples Are There Is:-
The Valley Of Kings
The Valley Of Queens
Abu Simbel Temple
Luxor Museum
Karnak Temple
A Great View Of The Nile
Colossi Of Memnon |

Go to Egypt, visit the Pyramids (just don't look at the animals there) and nip down to the Valley of the Kings and the Red Sea Riviera. Went last year. Gets very hot in the summer, unsurprisingly. |

well....both are great , but I suggest Egypt of course because you have a lot of options here.
it has every type of tourism you could imagine , historical ( pharaonic , Greek & islamic ) , entertainment , health , diving , fishing & safari.
so , you should visit Egypt.
have a nice day

i have been to both and both have their good points. in the summer the weather is very hot in both. hotels that i stayed in were 5 star and were a similar standard in both countries about the equivalent of a good 4 star in England. Local food in Morocco was delicious, local food in Egypt is good too. international food in both was similarly good. prices in Egypt were high in the red sea area, lower in Cairo and lower still in luxor. Morocco was about the same level as Cairo.
History in Egypt is unsurpassable, especially in the luxor area. The atlas mountains in Morocco were lovely but apart from these and the interesting architecture in Marrakesh, i was disappointed with the sites. however we didn't visit any other cities in Morocco. I find the people in Egypt more approachable and more helpful. overall i would recommend Egypt, but my experience of Morocco is limited. |

u come to the Egyptian section and ask this, for sure all what you gonna get confirmation for you to make your holiday in Egypt,
Egypt is so lovely, people so friendly and kind, big warm hospitality, many sightseeing will cover all your interesting. relaxing with lovely beaches, culture, real middle east and Arabian life, Islamic and Coptic civilizations, adventure safari trips.
what can we tell, lovely river Nile, we have a lot to show no compare with others. just do it with no hesitate. |

Egypt, been to Morocco was ok but would not really recommend it,not alot to do.Stayed in a 5 star hotel but was more like a 3 .Don't think its really developed properly yet as a holiday place ,maybe in a few years time it will be up there. |

No contest...EGYPT.
I've been to Morocco three times, Egypt more than 30 times.
Morocco is great for beaches, food, and shopping...but Egypt has all of that AND PEOPLE who will make you feel more welcome than anywhere else in the world.
It is is a much older civilization than Morocco and there is so much to see and do that you will barely scratch the surface on one visit. Though I liked Morocco..I fell in LOVE with Egypt and have returned every year since 1980...alone, with friends, and with family....both as a tour escort, tour arranger and just plain vacationer. I have made friends from every part of Egypt so returning, now, is like going home. I also find Egypt much safer than Morocco. Would be happy to answer any particular questions you care to post. |

Egypt! You should go and see the last remaining wonder of the world - the pyramids! How cool. It would be the best experience. :-) |

I have been to both and thoroughly enjoyed them. They are similar but I believe you will find far more interesting heritage in Egypt. I found the Egyptians very welcoming and the souvenirs were a lot cheaper - I picked up beautifully coloured scarves for a £1!!!
A Nile cruise is great fun but only do it one way, going from Luxor to Aswan or vice versa but both ways you lose a lot of time sitting on the boat.
The temples are absolutely stunning, you can only marvel at the amazing talent that built them. Watching the sun set from Philae temple is such an experience. Also visiting Tut-Ank-Amun's tomb was fantastic, his mummy is currently in it so that was a real bonus. The Valley of the Kings is breathtaking, just the mountains give off an aura of something special. The Egyptologists that work with the tour companies really know their stuff and are quite passionate.
Morocco is another beautiful country and Marrakech is very vibrant and busy. Traffic is mental (although it's like that in Egypt). The shopping is fantastic but I did not find the Moroccans as welcoming, it could just have been Marrakech. I just think Egypt outweighs it based on the stunning temples and hospitality. |
