I have learned a lot more, I still hold my principal views;
every1 has a right to live how he wants to live without hurting others physically.
but politicly I have become more middle then left.
I see how much people know nothing about the situation and that people think hamas is a group that needs to be supported, i see people here who post redicoulous racist anti-isreal anti-jew posts which come out false and still they don't stop, and search for any way to spread their hate to others. I will still read ha-aretz because I still have left inside me(and always will), but I read ynet (middle newspaper) and agree with it a lot more then before;

I've had the same political views for the past 30 years.

No one here will change that. I'm intelligent enough to think for myself and refuse to go along with the "herd mentality" here at Yahoo.

People here have dampened my enthusiasm, for much of my life I dealt with the "rough crowd", I've met all kinds of people, respect was mutual, Arab and Israeli, Muslim and Jew, trust me.
You, the deniers of Holocaust the haters of Jews and Israelis are not representing the Arab people, you represent yourself only.

The majority of Israelis do not hate Arabs or Islam, consider the consequences of what will be if we do.

My political views have changed after reading the Q and A on this site.
I used to be much more tolerant towards Arab views, but now I see there is nobody to talk to as far as a peaceful resolutuion.

After reading some posts here it seems there may be much more hate and animosity towards Jews than I ever imagined.

It hasn't changed my views , but has shown me the importance of speaking out much more, to refute the lies and propaganda of Jew haters. It has shown me that there are many that will refuse to listen to reason and will only spout the hatred fed to them. I have seen many who only post to incite hatred, who claim to want to have reasonable discussions and then block those who disagree with them.
ie: nasserite, maya, bosco et al.

Yes, after seeing all the pro Palestine posts and questions on here supporting the yeshiva attack early this year right after it happened, it was pretty disturbing and no longer want to compromise anymore

I used to be when defending Israel somewhere on the center political aspect. when I went to college and saw so much Jewish bashing and bashing of Israel that i moved towards center right. After I joined this section I have became more to the right. i found out clearly three things on this site:

1. People today are more anti-Semitic then they were fifty years ago and they hide behind anti-Israeli sentiment;
2. People do not know the facts and usually quote without any evidence and just use their comments to condone the image of Israel'
3. It made me realize that if Jews don't stand for Israel then the radical elements of anti-Semites would win and we would end up again in another holocaust.

To conclude now more than ever i belief in this phrase:

True. Very true. Most of the Jews and the non anti-Semites have been blocked by certain people. THEY (the blockers) certainly don't know how to talk and have a conversation normally.

I have not changed my views at all, but I am very sad to see the number of people that believe that hate must be met with hate. I still believe in Peace. Cheers!

the only thing that has changed is I know have more sypathy for both groups of peoples eventho i still have the same principle beliefs sadly i dont think many other people have been affected the same way its too bad if people try to understand the other side maby there would be less hatred

Good question. I agree with Kismett, and what scares me the most is the possibility that these people do represent their people, that they say here what others feel but hide in "real life."

When people speak about genocide disrespectfully and inaccurately, I lose all respect for them.

you took the words out of my mouth. there really can be no peace as long as the antisemites have leadership positions in the PA. i don't care about the losers here, but i agree that hate must be met with a firm response.

There seems to be A LOT of hate towards the jews. And for the most part, the jews on here seem somewhat understanding and considerate.

I dont see any jews going into the muslim/arab section and bashing them.

I have discovered that zionists have no conscience. I have tried to save some; but they refuse to listen to common sense. They refuse to believe 10 000 reports on the evil actions of zion. What more can be done?
