So, THAT's what they meant.
No one told us that. They said that there will be a power outage from 8.30 to 9.30. POWER OUTAGE they said.
But it never happened.
It was a rumor everywhere but it never happened.
But it was not a power outage. It was supposed to be voluntary.
Now I see.

Well, i went out yesterday, so the lights were out at my home all that hour, but there was a beautiful light show in the sky here in Abu Dhabi yesterday, see what happened is that there was a thunder storm and the lightning filled the sky all night long till the wee hours of the morning.

It poured heavy rain as well, so, it was a perfectly well lit night for me!!

Not me.. Its stupid and NO.. Its not even a start to where and what we need to be doing.. How about instead of shutting the lights off everyone drive their bike to work for 6 mos out of the year or when the weather is warm..
