This is actually a funny story
I just finished university and got my first big job and was house hunting
With a limited budget renting a flat on my own was simply impossible and all my friends had gone their own way etc.

So I was daily on private property and finally there is some places i can have look at
Saturday came and we started looking at all the places the last place was the best the pay per month was a bargain comparing to what you get they only catch i have to share it with a guy (who is older than me as well). The guy didnt look to bad he seems nice and descent.
Next problem was how do I get to work at that stage i didnt had a car so he offered to take me to work and fetch me for a month or so.
A week later i moved in, a week after that we were together and today we are engaged

Lets go back in history. From latest to before.
1) In Bloemies having a night out with clients.
2) At my friends wedding
3) At the pub after work
4) At work, worked together
5) At a pub, she could not stack a pool table.
6) cant remember.

Looking at this in my profession we drink to much. I did mention that my relationships does not last.

Well actually we met on the net and became good friends. Although I was already friends with his cousin.

I then went to a huge Saffa and Zimbo get together here in England with Lance (his cousin) and saw him there, his cousin then introduced us.

We met in the August 07 and by October the 2nd 07 we had our first date!

We both worked at KMart out of all places. He was my secret admirer before we even got together and he had to work for even that. I thought he was creepy. Then again I was in my own little world half the time. But one day he came up to me at the service desk claiming he'd been fired. I was shocked. He had to have been only the best team member on the sales floor. So out of the blue I just decided to ask for his number. A few nights later we talked and went out. I remember having the most funnest time with him. Now look at us. expecting our first child any day now. Wow. How time flys.
