ok..lets think about a practical solution. the more you try to forget about a person the more you gonna think about him. first thing to do is to accept the fact in your mind that you hate that person. then when his/her thoughts comes, dont try to run a away, let the thoughts come. if possible try to make yourself get busy with something so u can deviate your mind.

More often than not the people who bring forth feelings of hatred in us are very twisted and sick individuals.
If they were dogs we would put them down for they are a danger to mankind.
I feel the reason we hate people is because we cannot identify with the awfulness of the actions or deeds that they do.I dont like to feel this way about anyone and it angers me when I am pushed into feelings of hatred.These people know that we feel this way and so they will play on it to obtain our attention either by word or deed.
I think the best way we can deal with individuals that we hate for valid reasons is to use our energy to ignore them and will them of the face of this earth into oblivion.
After all what worse fate could there be for a soul than total oblivion.

I think if you get rid of someone, you are acting as God. It is not the responsibility of a human to get rid of another living being. Therefore, you must get rid of the problem, which is the "hate". The hate is within YOU and that makes YOU the problem.
The way to rid yourself of hate for another person is to get on your knees twice a day for thirty days and pray that the person you hate may receive the most wonderful blessings that life can hold : good health, harmony in the home, prosperity, Spiritual peace. Pray this prayer in earnest. If you still hate the person at the end of 30 days, start praying the same prayers for another 30 days. Eventually, your heart will be healed from the disease of hatred.

If it is opposite sex you want to get rid of, just dont answer her/his calls, s/he ll soon change her/his mind. If its from your sex, tell her/him to stay away from you. :)) hope it helps.

if you have contacts, let someone with authority find him/her a job far away from your city . this would be a bait he/ she will take and disappear from your life.
