I look at the clothes as a whole...I mean the whole "look", don't really care what he's wearing as long as it's appealing.

Not all the pple like the same., so, to have good taste is something relative.
Generally I look about the colors the person is using.
I hate some color combinations, that in spite of be "le dernier "in mode, makes pple look as clowns.
The worse is that some pple wear it bcoz is "mode" without care how they look in it.

it's a very personal thing ..

some people like casual, some like HipHop style, others prefer to dress formal all the time ...

basically i wear what i feel comfy in ... i like everything .. and i change my styles often ... i don't wear outrageous stuff anymore 'cuz of my profession and age ... but i still like smart-casual clothes .. and i look good in suits ...

as for shoes it's a totally different story ... women are crazy about shoes .. men don't give a rabbit's tail ... but i can tell u this ... i HATE brown shoes .. . like colored ones for example running and tennis shoes which are (red, yellow, blue, green) ... dirty shoes ... ummmm .. they mean troubled personality ....

I look from top to bottom... i don't like to see someone painted from head to toe in one color... that's just not cool... except if it's black.. i don't like to see someone wearing stripes or dots from head to toe... i mean.. what is that!! WHAT IS THAT!!! I think many ppl leave their houses without looking at the mirror...

I'm not saying i'm better... i do fashion mistakes... but serisouly... WHAT IS THAT!!! lol

Taste is very personal...may be what is good taste for you, isnt for another person.
So...I agree with the person that said about colours and conbinations.
Each person wears which is comfortable for him/her trying to be well dressed in the own concept.

I think everyone wears what he or she likes , but not to be soo bad taste , if its not nice its ok , but to be very bad , noo.

Also i think shoes are the last to look at , bcoz shoes always must be comfortable more than anything else :)

My sister has the same Idea. If someone is wearing nice shoes he would be a good dresser.
I don't think so..I keep wearing nice shoes with really bad T shirts or anything else...so it is not a rule.
