I know exactly how you feel Ranoush!The whole system of compiling these 'lists " is a complete mystery to me.
I have 184 BA's the last time I bothered to check and don't even make it onto the list.I lost my spot when they "regionalised" the system.
So the reason i was given for my vanishing into thin air was ,I had registered my account while i was in Australia and so i feature in the Australian section with others who have 3 and 4 BAs.
There are going to be those who say that we are not here to get on the Best answerer list. I have heard it all before but it is the principle at stake here not any title.
Ranoush deserves to be acknowledged for her consistent contribution and I feel that I do to.
I emailed them initially regarding my position. As I went from top answerer,alternating with Fozio, in the Egypt section to nothing ,not featured anywhere until they made the stupid new list for Australian accounts.
i suggest that you bring it up in the forum and email the answers team. Though it may take months to get a reply, as it did for me.

I will add a phone number into this question later ,as it is on my phone memory, that I left in my husbands car and Salah is not home from work as yet.It will save you having to go through the email process.

Hi, Ranoush. I have the same problem. According to my best answers in the South Africa section, I should be nr.3 in that section, but I'm not even on the list.
There are probably more people out there with similar problems and Y!A management don't repond to enquiries about it.

Very good question: I only have 3 best answers and i'm 2nd on the list! lololol there's a glitch in Yahoo, or they just want to make some feel good and others feel bad maybe, dont worry about score, do they send us money anyone know? :) Peace!
