How did you react when you got bad marks at school?

hehehe......it depends wallahi ya 7atem :D

if i like this subject and study it well, then when i got bad marks i really get angry and sad .

but in some subjects, it's just the total opposite, if i got bad marks, you'll find a witty smile on my face ;-))......but of course somehow sad at home :D

and the funniest thing ever happened to me, is when i failed in one subjet :-(

i was really embarrassed, and till now, my cousins are making fun of me :D :D ......though some of them failed in subjects like "chemistry", "biology"..etc, and told me it would have been better to fail in one of these subject, & NOT Music :D

If I was guilty actually I talked to myself and had some decisions like before and now even( no use). bUT If the teacher did something against me I made it known for the whole school and school officials and .............

in college i just got depressed and it gets worse every year.

i usually know when i am gonig to get bad marks. if it aint a very important test, then i'd be probably laughing about it... that this one got busted.... but it were an important one.. i'd say to myself, 'well time to get serious and get a better score next time to make up for the loss here.' BUT if i did a good paper and i get bad score, it is almost ALWAYS bad checking by the teacher LOL

Never got bad marks at school, but I was always late. Lived more or less next to the building but always overslept. Teacher would write things like: Susan travels 40miles to get here and is never late, you have no excuse....
Used to make me feel bad. I would make a resolution to be punctual and end up being even late-r!!!

i get really depressed.....when i find out that i got a bad grade, it ruins my whole day....but i try to put it behind me and do better to bring my grade back up :)

I never cared about bad marks when i was at school, but i sure as he11 wish i had been a better student now, then maybe i wouldnt be having so many problems getting good work.
I would say to any young person = study well & get a trade, then you will always have good work. Do it while your young, then you wont have to waste time doing it later in your life.
The shame of it is i'm quite intelligent & silly me, i wasted it.

When I was in the second grade I got a B and cried for two days straight because I thought I was going to be held back...Then the teacher put a note on the next report card, "Oops, sorry, that was a mistake. A". Funny joke.

Then in high school I failed calculus and didn't mind an ounce, because I was in the class for no reason (for I already had all my math credits) and didn't care to do the work, anyway. But hey, I came out with a 37 without even trying!

I get a little sad. I try to do better. I ask my teachers what I did wrong. I don't start crying though. Well I don't make a lot of bad marks at school anyways.

Didn't really happen much, but when it did, couldn't care less, i mean it is not like i could have done any better and didn't to spite myself, khalas what is done is done, no need to fret...... that was my motto.

I usually get pretty good ones in the Humanities, so if I get anything below an 90 I'm pretty pissed.
But in Science and French, I'm happy to get a 70.
I don't really react badly. I've been slacking off lately and my parents have been focused on my big sister for the passed four years, so I could really get away with any grade at this point.
