there is no rule or condition or any thing in islam that forbid a white man to marry a black woman or a black man to marry a white woman
come on we are all human.
we, muslims, know that people are the same in everything their rights and their duties. it's in our qur'an more than 1000 years before the organization of human rights is even thought of. also, islam teaches us how to be kind to the animals.
we don't need some rules or protocols to live our lives, we have the qur'an ... I advise everyone to read it before judging muslims.
