1- praying will calm you down in a very magical way, just leave yourself to God & dont think about anything at all but the quran that your are saying
2- A warm shower
3- slow music with your favourite sandwitch, chocolate etc.
4- Yahoo answers :))
5- drive your car in el-daery at midnight (I do that)
another thing that really works for me is to trun off the light & imagin my self in a trip, think about what will I do who will be there and then Zzzzzz that's if I ddnt do it in real aslan which is a7san |

Hey there Jasmine,
I usually sit in a quite dark place, try to arrange my thoughts and if that is not possible then i just close my eyes and imagine i am alone and at ease.
I don't know why but i love to read Quran at night, it helps me find peace and calmness that i seek. But during the day, i might listen to some music or songs that i like. |

I listen to qur'an sometimes or just take a hot bath and with nothing works which Qur'an always works sometimes I smoke Shisha not the best way to cope with it but it helps :) |

I usually run or do a mix of cardio and weights at the gym. If I cant do that or am too tired, I make a cup of chamomile tea and maybe do some yoga positions. I tend to carry my stress in my muscles. I have also been known to just have a good cry, especially if the stress is emotional. |

I use yahoo answers, there are many things on yahoo answers that help me cope with stress. I also take antistress medicine. I don't read the quran but I have a small book called "Al Hisn Al Hasin" It is a collection of short Suras and Duaa that one can read when he/she is stressed or in pain.
