Sengary is good for fatty fish that has tender white meat like large bury and arous. This may not be true for all kinds of fish.
Bolty is better fried or grilled whole with bran or with lemon and oil.
Bury is not for frying, but good if grilled whole with bran or oil and lemon.
Grouper fish( we'aar) is better fried , steamed or boiled to prepare fish mayonaise.
Inch fish is good when fried or boiled.
Denise is good when baked in the oven with oil, lemon, garlic and vegetables. It is also good when grilled whole.
Sharaghish are good when grilled whole.
Sardines are good when baked with oil, salt added after it is cooked.
Sayadeya which is a fish tagin is good with any fish that is fried. Also squid makes a good tagin.
Drak is good when fried or boiled for fish mayonaise.

i only like haddock and cod. i like the fried in a batter or breadcrumbs or done in the microwave for three minutes with a knob of butter and some milk and served with a cheese sauce, mashed potatoes and peas. |
