Take him aside, speak to him about it. Tell him you wont inform his wife, but you don't want to hear about any other inappropriate behavior towards women or else... You don't need to blackmail him thoroughly, but really his wife SHOULD be told. But he's your cousin, so just let him know you're letting him off just this ONCE.

Wow, He should have grown out of that stage by now. I suggest you talk to your cousin face to face. Don't tell his wife, tell him and talk to him. He might be having problems with his marriage or he might just be a player, in both cases he needs to talk to his wife, not you. Just tell him you saw him and give him advice, tell him what he does isn't very respectful to the fairer sex and it is unfair for his wife, and tell him to talk to her if they're having problems or if he has a problem. This is just my suggestion, it's what I would do.

The way I look at it is if you were dressed decent & conservative, they wouldn't harrass you. But that's just my opinion.

I think you should definitely tell his wife, if he wants to act like a teenager, then he should be treated like one by everyone around him. The best thing for you to do right now is ignore it whenever it happens again or if it was me, I'd probably throw something at them!
