I guess you like Algerian winters, but you would hate American winters! :)
In Michigan, United States, it is very cold and full of snow!! I hate the snow, it makes me wish I was in Lebanon. Based on how your winters are, I'd rather be in Algeria than here! I would love to smell the rain, but I won't be able to smell it until March or April ;-(

In the morning it's cold but in the afternoon is a reasonnable weather!

I am in Florida, USA. Its the southern most tip of the US and not supposed to get cold. We've had our air conditioning on until the last few days. We've had a few cold nights but they went away. I guess the colds back to torture us. Its to be in the 30's tonight and not much higher all day. I HATE cold. Normally most of December is short pants weather so I hope this passes soon.

Winter in Lebanon is great!!

Especially if you're into skiing/winter sports; the resorts are really neat, and people come from all over the world....Its very cozy; spend all day outdoors, then just vedge out in front of a fireplace at night, Roasting chestnuts, having Fondue dinners..........

For me, my favorite time is around March; on some days, you can actually hang out at the beach in the morning, then head up for a little ski in the late afternoon :-)

Gresham Oregon.....Mostly sunny. October and November were 100% stunning. Summer was hot, humid and SUNNY too. We have not even hit freezing yet. Very mild great weather....

I doubt we will have a hard winter. Last year's was very mild. It has been nice weather. Some rain. Enough to stop the forrest fires....

I love the Winter. We don't have them like we use to.

Here weather is totally crazy..
It's supposed we are going to summer next 21th december and we already have had 37Â° C last week.
Today is as if we have gone back to autumn.....cold, cloudy and...12Â°C.

Although we are surrounded by wonderful beaches, I love winter, and the fireplaces on all the day.

here in the UK most people hate it but I like it, it's freezing and it rain heavily, I love rain, I like to have a walk when it's raining.

Beautiful, the coconuts are just now falling off the trees, the temperature has dropped to about 80 degrees and the skies are blue. And that my friend is winter in Puerto Rico. No coat just another swimsuit.

im in Finland Helsinki, it sucks now, too wet, last week was snowing and now its all melting, and all we have now is wind rain and dirty snow on the sides of the streets... but luckily im going to Lebanon in the middle of this month :) and when i come back to finland its gonna be covered with snow. i ll spend it then in the iceskating rink

Here in Osaka Japan it rarely gets below freezing during the day. That said, there's no central heat, double-pane glass, and there's minimal insulation. So winter is a definite bad.

I was born in Canada, in December so I guess that's logical.. lol

Now I'm in Libya, and it's raining cats and dogs :P I love rain, but miss the snow like "sniff sniff" :(

I don't! and thank God it's summer down here, The weather in Auckland, New Zealand is pretty moderate "hot by NZ' standards", we still get our fair share of clouds and rain even in the middle of summer, I sure have my coat handy 11 months a year as NZ' weather is quite unpredictable! 4 seasons in 1 day :)
