depends week days about 7 hours and weekends about 10-11 hours ... yeah i love to sleep , but now im trying to cut back on sleeping :)

On weekdays i go to bed at around 9-ish and then wake up around 6-ish...so like 9 hours. But on weekends i can stay up as late as 11-12 then wake up around 7-9. So on the weekends it varies. The on the weekends I go back to sleep around 12 and wake up in an hour or two.

Depends on the time of year. In the colder months I usually get between seven to nine hours of sleep. In the summer its less...more like five to six. But you should know that your sleeping habits are effected by your age. Older folks tend to sleep a lot less than younger people. If you're having problems getting to sleep or sleeping for long periods of time try drinking an eight ounce glass of wine or a beer. The alcohol will relax you and help you sleep longer. If your worried about the alcohol its actually healthy to have one serving a day and can actually prevent heart disease. But remember...just one ha.

there's only one day a week i get enough sleep... when i have no work and nothing to do, i think it'd be around 10 hours..

But in usual work days, i get 4 to 6 hours of sleep... and mostly waking up thousand of times to answer my dad or to curse the day we had neighbors who have the tv on loud after midnight....
and cause i get so tired lol... i sleep at work sometimes for an hour or two.... but that depends on the team members with me, cause some are just talkers.. and i avoid taking naps when they're on duty.. the boss will call me and discuss my.. a7em... latest 'activities' when on duty...
i have previous 'activities' .. i was watching tv a couple of times.. and i forgot the time.. i saw most of the movie there loool
