I like very much cooking, I feel alive when I cook, and even invent new recipes,, since some time I am vegetarian , and i found when I became so , I have more intelligence while cooking,,,as I am trying to prepare things which contain the exact amount of amino acids (protein ) needed for my body a day...
I know I need 2500 kcal/day,,,
I know I need .8 grams protein /each kg of my weight that means I need at almost 60 grams of protein/days
I know that there are 10 essential amino acids...can not be created by the body (needed to be from dietary)
The intelligent question is : How I cook a vegetarian meal which contains the above mentioned nutrition and has also vitamins and minerals,,
Cooking can be not only a creative operation , but also very intelligent one ,and need lots of education...It is easy to eat anythings , but it is very difficult to eat delicious and still healthy food..
As for dishes , thanks are due to technology and dish washers, my problem was the miss I do in the kitchen while cooking now,, I am trained to limit that miss ,,, and we have to work to enjoy ,,,

I love to cook, and I love cooking new recipes. I'm not Egyptian but I found this great recipe for Fattah. It took a while to make but I love being in the kitchen and my family could not get enough. My son asked the other day when will we have it again.

i like cooking , but when i'm in the mood..
but u know what?
i think i'm turning to hate it..as my mom dont let me cook at all.. can u imagine that?
and yet she yells at me and say that i dont help her in anything..and my dad believes her..
this is really one of my biggest problems..
i try to cook sometimes behind her back..
i hope i can resolve this problem as soon as possible , pray for me..
