I became a fan of his after hearing the "Dangerous" album, so it wasnt quite the 80s.
Its a real shame to see what happened to this guy. He has so much musical talent and could dance like no one else. The way he moved! Im still trying to moonwalk, not quite getting right...

Oh yea I was a fan! I use to rent Thriller, I can still do the dance, and I'll never forget the poster of him with the shiny hair, the red jacket, and the one glove laying on his side... true love for a 9 year old girl......

Absolutely, I was a fan. I am still a fan of his music and his talent. He is, unfortunately, a man with extremely serious issues and needs lots of professional help. On a personal level, I pity him.

Well i was only born in the 80's , but i do enjoy alot of his music , One of my Favs is "Man in the Mirror"
He is one freaky dude , but i feel that he was a good musician....
I heard he is comming up with a new album or a remake of thriller to celebrate the release of thriller 25 yrs ago...

I must admit, when I was a kid I adored him and thought he was gorgeous, but as I grew up I realized I prefered inanimate plastic that never looked like the killer on scream after a few more years (barbie)... still dig a lot of his music though

I've never liked him much, I remember I was about 9 years old when he came to South Africa for his "Dangerous" tour. There was this incredible hype about him coming to SA and I was just trying to figure out why women started crying when they saw him.

If anything, I'll credit him for putting on a great show.

I was in like 3rd or 4th grade when Thriller came out. I had the cassette! I still like hearing old school MJ. He is pretty creepy nowadays though. I would not let my kids hang out with him.
