i keep a bottle or cup of water by my bed, by the morning iusually have refilled it once or twice, i drink alot. lol, i get hot in my sleep, plus i'm an athelete so i'm dehydrated alot.

No way. Then after a couple of hours, I will need to wake up again and go to the bathroom.

I usually drink before going to bed, and never feel wanna drink more when I wake up during the night, except for once in a while.
