Hey there ya Doctor,
Listen up.... God knows each one of us passes by those moments when we just want to throw our hands in the air and say .... effff zehe2et, i give up, this will happen all through yr life and at every age.... it's mostly when u face a challenge or have to come face to face with some misery and heartache, BUT, that is what is so great about TIME, it heals all wounds, we learn to let go little by little of our pain, we might remember it still, but overall it does get better.
So, basically what i am trying to say, is as long as u have faith and hope in yr life, never ever give up.
A little exercise i do is to think of someone who is worse off than me and i say Alhamdulelah.
Cheer up..... this section is full of really sad qs lately, fee eh ya nas.... pls smile and cheer up. |

i do not think that this is related to age. it is more related to all the situations that someone had went through.
there are very old people who never lost hope for the future. and there are young people who do not have any hope for the future left. it depends about your attitude in life. the way you look at life. |

There is no age limit. Looking toward the future gives you the incentive to make it at least one more day, see one more sunset and hopefully the next days sunrise. You are never too old to look toward the future with optimism, whether the future means tomorrow, next week or next year. I think as you get older you tend to look more forward to tomorrow than you do next year, but only because you are being realistic about the time you have left. |
