IN DEPTH:

I don't think you can, but deaf people and blind people have a sixth sense. Therefore, I think deaf people could get the music by feeling the vibration from the sound on their hand for example (this methode have worked on deaf people to teach them to talk eventhough they have never heard sounds before, but putting their hand on the throat of someone who can talk and mimmicking the vibration on their throat led to them making the right sound).
BTW Beethoven was deaf throughout most of his life and he managed to write the most brilliant compositions (but he on the other hand have heard what music sounded like when he was young). |
