I know what you're talking about. Some times I feel depressed too, for no apparent reason.
You wanna hear my suggestion? It may sound weird and unrelated, but I think you need to get a wife.
I myself wonder why we need another person to make us feel complete, but that's just life, and we're only human. God has created us in a way that we'll not feel fully happy unless we have someone to be there for us, to listen to our worries and share our pains.
So, my friend, you need to get moving. Get out tomorrow and get yourself a real wife, not one from here in Y A. I am sure there are plenty of nice girls where you are.

I could feel it in your questions lately. deal with it seriously.

Reasons can range from because you are away from home to maybe simple unbalances in the brain chemicals.
your first step is to educate yourself on depression and the internet is full of information. if you need links email me.

I would also see a doctor about it, depression is fixable and don't let it take over your life. take control over it now.

if you're talkin serious depression i would def reccomend a professional. with that said, according to friends of mine who suffer, go do the things you like to do. what does it for you? golf? bowling? videos games? i think you get the point, if all else fails call a friend you can really talk to. friends are the best medicine for everything anyway :) take care

There are many definitions of depression, but it is most often seen as an emotional sadness, gloom, and/or dejection. With depression one will constantly feel down. In psychiatry, it is often known as a condition of general withdrawal; a sadness that is greater and much more prolonged than that warranted by any objective reason (also known as Clinical Depression).

However this feeling or state of being is described, depression is an issue that all humans go through throughout their lives. Those with the more serious, clinical versions of depression will often feel alone and at a loss for help. It is important to let those with depression, whether be it something that needs to be taken care of professionally or be it something that can be cured with a good comedy, that they and loved and cared for. It is important to let those people know just how wonderful they are to people’s lives.

When dealing with depression, it is important to know 1) whether or not your depression is something that should be diagnosed or if it is simply a temporary state of feeling, 2) how severe this depression is and how it will affect one’s day to day life, and 3) finding the right treatment for one’s self.

The first thing one must understand is whether or not they should seek professional help. Often seen in teens with concerning parents, people may be diagnosed with depression when really it is simply a part of growing up and growing emotionally stronger. For help with determining one’s form of depression, I suggest taking several online depression tests at different times of the day, week, and month. In the list of sources, the first link will take you to a site with some depression tests. I suggest taking these tests at different times and from different makers to better determine and confirm that your depression is something that is real and something that will not leave you.

If the test results show that your depression is not a serious clinical one, then you have little to worry about (though I still suggest that you stay in check with your depression, in case it evolves into a more severe case). If your test results show that you need serious help, heed the warning. The next set of sites listed in the sources box will provide you with in depth information to better understand one’s depression, how to deal with it, and give you information on treatment options.

No one in this world is the same, and because of that everyone’s treatment for an issue such as depression will be different. When learning about treatments (and I think that you should learn about the simple treatments even if your depression is only temporary), it is important to think about who you are as a person and what you think you will be most comfortable and how effective it will be for you. As an example, when I am feeling down and depressed, I have found that talking to a close friend while listening to the radio or going to the park to swing is the most effective for me and I am comfortable with it. Some people need more than this. Some take medications or see a therapist. It all depends on the severity of your depression, what your doctor suggests, and what you as a person are comfortable with. The next two sites in the sources box (this should be the third set down) are some sites that I think can help with relief from depression. The first one is a blog site. Often I have found that writing down my problems helps me better understand myself and feel more organized, thus reliving depression. The second link is a site that provides you with information on how to do things, whether that be making a movie or learning a foreign language. This will help distract you from your depression and find a passion for something that you enjoy.

Please, understand that you are not alone in this world of deep sadness. You have no idea at the amount of times I have laid in bed wondering just how screwed up I am. There are others that know how you feel and are willing to listen to you and console you. Yes, there are tons of obstacles and road blocks that slow you down and try and stop you from living your life. It is essential that you keep moving and press on, for you never know what is at the end. Even when all seems lost, I plead you to have faith. The passions that drive us to take actions, say words, and think deep should be ones that we respect and find joy in. Often, we humans as a society will succumbed to less than admirable compulsions driven by some sort of internal monster that we have given different names to: depression, anxiety, fear, etc. Understand though that we can take hold of this monster and gain some control. There is nothing wrong with feeling the way you do about certain things. There is nothing wrong with being depressed, anxious, or scared. However, it is important as a human to be able to create a plan as to actually do something about these self hurting feelings. Too often I have seen people grow content with their pain, and go on through their lives wearing this horrible discomfort. You can say that you are not happy with your life right now, but do your best – for you and for all who cares about you – to look forward to the future.

I have the blues once in a while.

when we are in broken ,no one can make us whole again , except ourselves.

sometimes when i am depress i think of my brother who is autistic and am sad that he isnt aware of the dangers of life and he stills needs me.and i need to protect from this evil world .

I was raised to believe that no matter how bad things were,someone,somewhere was is even worse shape than me.

So cheer up my friend,it not the end of the world.I learn something enduring about life ,that it is glorious and we have no business taking for granted.

man you had it for the last couple of days , you went to the Simpson's to cheer up but I think it was just for the moment , if there's something that you know that is causing this , open up to us , if you have the depression for no apparent reason go work up , try to get tired as much as you can [ worked for me a suicidal personality ] and let us here from you all the time .u know about that question someone asked about f we have a star look at the sky and pick up the prettiest and brightest one and this is you and around you we all gather trying to be inspired by ur charming presence .

Do something you like, or a crazy thing, change your day routine, don't think about your problems, pick a friend up and go anywhere.

For example if you like singing open up your PC,play loud songs and sing with it feel the music dance a looot, you'll feel so fresh after it and you'll feel as if you are flying of happiness.

You can invite some friends on lunch or dinner it will be great if you like some people around, and one more thing let some one gives you a GREAT hug, believe me it'll help a lot. Good luck.
