it depends.
they recently changed the reporting so that it keeps track of a person's reputation. If someone is reliable, meaning they only report actual violations, they can earn a reputation so good that their report alone is enough to get something removed.
If someone reports a lot but their reports are for things that aren't really violations, then their report doesn't do much.
Yahoo did this to prevent people from using multiple accounts to attack a specific user. Too many people were getting their accounts deleted by these multi-account trolls. So the new system helps make reports from those trolls less valuable. |

if 1 person does, the question/answer is watched every so often.
if 2 ppl, then they will check on that person's past to c if anyother of their stuff has been deleted.
if 3, then they wait no longer and delete it!!

if u click on report it says u and another person is all it takes ask a friend or family member to get an answers account and have them report the same 1 wow i wonder how bad it is |

ME! Someone asked a question "WHY DO AMERICANS THINK THEY ARE THE MOST POWERFUL?"
One guy replied by insulting the asker very badly - I reported it because I thought it was very rude. Many other Americans also sent other answers insulting the asker.
I answered the question by saying "Because they'r big headed" My answer got chosen as the best answer by the asker, but someone also reported me! Pathetic! :@
You should have seen how many thumbs down I received. OMG. People just can't face the truth!
