Just ask to see the canceled ticket tell him you never seen one. LOL If he was on a business class, he will bring some things that airlines gives to first class and business flyer's, one more thing if he stretches his legs non stop that means he was flying economy class, no doubt.

look directly into his eyes - done best when he is not expecting so don't ask immediately - and ask him what did he do when he was away...it takes a really good liar to lie with a straight face in that sorta situation. Asking questions when they are least expected puts the person on his/her toes and they would be hard pressed to come up with a fictitious answer...

Check cell phone records online, on your carrier web-site. check credit card statments, see if he bought anything out of the ordinary or paid for an expensive dinner. figure out the hotel he was in and pretend to have left something in the room, such as panties or shoes or something of a female or someone he would have sex with. There are ways. Check his brief case or pockets or wallet.
