Well,Palestinian women are,with those large dark eyes they tend to have. The Queen of Jordan is a stunner. So is Mrs. Assad,although I don't know about Syrian women in general. If I may be so presumptuous I will simply act as if I am rightfully entitled to have final say and I say: Yes.

It is a matter of opinion, and generally people tend to favor the looks of people in their ethnicity. But, without a question, many are undoubtedly very attractive.

According to Holy and some history books, Eve, Sara (Abraham's wife) and Virgin mary where all middle eastren ladies.

Which means we have the Original beauty and charm, however it depends on individuals taste.
Some say blonds are hot while other say latinas are hotter.
