I guess that depends on whether you mean ancient egyptian names or modern egyptian names.
If it's ancient egyptian here's a two links to names and naming practices of ancinet egyptians
http://www.geocities.com/wally_mo/names.html
http://touregypt.net/featurestories/names.htm

if it's modern egyptian names then I'd personally reccomend a few and then also there is links of names as well.
Names I'd reccomend:
Aaliyah, Amina, Naima, Samia, Suhaila, Sara, Sohair, Taheya, Nagwa, Ameera, Samah, Samar, Jehan, Yasmine or Leila. Not neccesarrily in that order.

Once the page has loaded you may need to click stop due to the stupid graphic at the top.

Poor souls all they can think of is basic stuff from fith grade Ancient Egypt classes.
I would go for the following:
Modern day Egypt:
Mai -Sara (eq. to Paloma or Dove) ( would suit upper middle class kinda of girl)

Kamilla ( erudite sounding name pretty well educated full of life) ( Means Completion/present perfection)
Bethna ( Meaning beatiful)
Beauthaina ( meaning possessing great beauty , metaphysical and physical)
Reau- maysa ( Gorgeous name cant remeber the meaning but its pretty poetic).
Zizi ( Short for Zaynab)
Mimi ( short for Maryam)
fifi ( short for something)
Lou Lou ( meaning pearl)

Anyway these are some names to start with.

sorry but i think most of these names are wither old, or not used or not presenting egyptians anymore.
the most common names in the etgyptian fictions are:
Amina
hanan
fatima
layla
mona
these r not the most common names in real life, but they are the most common names in fiction. so i think better for u to use one of them.

hi im egyptian im a guy but the best name for an egyptian girl should be nadia (prenounced as naydia) it is the best name my cuz named his 2nd baby nadia and evry1 was amazed by that name

Ah, you didn't indicate whether the story is set in the Egypt of antiquity or of the present day. The time period makes a huge difference!

Of modern (Arabic) Egyptian names, I like Sahar, meaning something like "bewitching".

A good name in the ancient language is Nofret, "beauty" (roughly).

Much luck on the story!

I won't suggest any names but disregard the ignorant answers that state names that haven't been used for more than 7'000 years (i.e. Cleopatra + other pharaonic names)

most of the answers you have been given are not even arabic so be careful before u use any of them

i suggest nabaweyya ...

actually if u want a more specific answer u r gonna have to give us more details about this girls in order to give u a suitable name
