Since I started to understand and that was almost 40 years ago,, and I read, watch religious programs, follow Al joma3ah speech, watch movies and all confirm that Getting married to more than a wife is not that Absolute in Islam, There are lots of limitation and lots of (lets say obstacles),,, and still I see lots of men act as if it is that normal...I do not want to dive in religious talk,, but even The Prophet did not allow Aly to have another wife with His daughter,,, so God gave (waly al amr) the right to deny that permission ..Now , what is the benefit of getting married to more than a wife,,, Is having a big family only can be achieved with having more than a wife? As I was for 20 years or more in the medical field I know that Viagra and its similars are selling very Good in Egypt,,, I even some times see this disgusting ad (about Hamad)in the disgusting TV Channel (Melody)... and I know well the effect of pollution , and the lack of healthy life stile (food /sport psychological problems ...etc ) on the capability/ability of Males in Egypt ,,even regarding a small family....lol.
If you review the numbers of males and females in all the world / or country by country , you will find that Men are always more than female during the marriage age,,, If getting married to more than one is encourage by God... He with His wisdom , would create more females than males with a ratio 4:1.... that of course is not the case,,,, so as I was taught ,in the religion lesson in school (I hope they still have these lessons),,It is only allowed in the time of crisis when really females are more than men and under a very difficult circumstances... I can not deny that getting married to more than one of course in here societies is better than having only one and have more than one Mistresses in the west,, I must say that the moral collapse there is also disgusting,, and I was so upset when I saw a girl recently of 29 having cervical cancer (lets say HPV cin 3) because of the sexual freedom there... and then people say it is Modernism...

No. Absolutely not. Although it will get you a big family it won't get you any happy families.
Even if you tried to explain it to each wife, she would probably end up feeling useless and have lower self esteem. And maybe even leave you if she isn't okay with this idea. So if you do decide to go through with that make sure that your wives are all okay with it.
But also you have to consider how your children would feel. They might get made fun of in school and have some other problems. They could get easily jealous of another sibling from another mother.
You'd have to be VERY well off to support three families successfully too. My family is at the higher end of middle class and they had trouble supporting and sending three children off to college.
In short, 3 wives sounds like a big mess. I would take part in having multiple wives/husbands but I do wish you luck with that.

It's not acceptable, but you can have one wife and 2 live in girlfriends.

Just make sure they all get along. That way you can have your cake and eat it to... only it'd be adultery b/c you're only married to the one girl. Anyways.. yeah get the three chicks and have many many kids with them. I'm sure it'll be a blast!

I know that it is not morally acceptible in our american society but im infering that egyptians to not promote this practice.

I tink that you should marry one wife and have many children if your looking for a big family.
Also with 3 wives one of them might feel a bit degraded

I sooo wouldn't accept that! That's not accepted in my society but more than that, I think that when you get married, it is because you really love the person you are with. How can you love 3 different women? And how could they be best friends? I know I wouldn't be or accept it...

If you are Muslim you would have to take care of all three wives equally including the children. this arrangement also includes three sets of in-laws and three payments of dowry.

If you do have children average 3 kids per wife that's 9 mouths to feed plus put through school.
