It will definitly make a difference, but you should understand it's not only 3 billion dollars, 3 billions are the cash transfers, what about weapons, what about bonuses what about the donnations from Zionist associations all over the world taking tax rebates on each and every donnation, what about people like Bernard madoff.

If America stopped sending aid to all countries, she would save a trillion dollars in four years. That would be the best thing for both the U.S. and Israel. The U.S. could fix the broken economy we have here and Israel would develop a true private sector free-market economy. (Israel would have to stop funding the Arab nations (she would save billiions in Shekalim each year), but they might learn how to put together true economies as well.)

Yes, because American gives over 2 billion to egypt every year and they are not that advanced. Palestinian arabs get 300 million from america every year and more from europe. Although I agree this is not the same amount. I just wonder where that money went because their unemployment rate is 23% and growing while Hama's unemployment rate (PLO AS WELL) is 0%.

well, I know for a fact that Israel gets more than 3 billion dollars from us every year. Also it would never happen, Israel are our friends and our allies. This friendship is very important to stability in the world, trust me.

If Obama did that there would be alot of ticked off Americans and it would cause the demise of America. Americans overwhelmingly support Israel and defense is always the last thing to go in a crisis because both Israel and America are fighting the same common enemy. Part of the contract on Israeli monies is that it is spent here in America, so it really does end up back in American benefit twofold. Reagan spells it out like this:

Yes, Israel would have still been advanced with technology as that is intellectual achievement. Israel is a survivor and it's by G-d's hand she has made these accomplishments, not by America's hand. By G-d's hand America is mighty, and there is a union there that shouldn't be overlooked. It would be America's demise if she stopped alliance with Israel. Religious America wouldn't ever stand for that. The benefits that Americans get is actually priceless. So really this question is moot.

I can pose the question right back at ya though. What would happen if the palestinians didn't get all the BILLIONS in aid they receive? They haven't provided any benefit, not one benefit to humankind for all the billions they have received. Arafat lined his pockets and his wife now has flats in Paris and wherever else in the world she wants to "cohabit." Fatah was corrupt, the Palestinians themselves attest to this fact, and we all witnessed Hamas weapon's smuggling. All that money to the Palestinians while they regularly say they want to see the demise of both Israel and America (see the Hamas link) Now THAT, is a waste of money. Maybe they'd be force to go non-hostile for once, who knows.

Do you know where the money goes? Much of the money goes to Israel's health care system and to keep other infrastructural costs down for Israelis. The real help comes in the form of spare parts for aircraft and other military armaments. How much do the Palestinians get every year from the EU and the UN and where does this money go is an answer that the Palestinian people have been asking for generations.

Nothing would happen in the immediate sense but they would no longer be able to purchase large numbers of American newspapers,magazines and television stations using American jews as a cut-out. Eventually under-funding would take it's toll on their military. Declining control over pivotal media organs would deprive them of influence in the electoral process.
