If someone bombs a densely populated area is it legitimate to accuse the victims of using "human shields"?

Are you attempting to legitimize terrorists by calling them victims?

In certain circumstances, it is legitimate to say that the terrorists are using civilians as "human shields," as is the case with Hammas.

The innocent civilians who are killed are victims of terrorists who are using schools and hospitals and other civilian outlets to launch their evil plots and terrorist activity. Hammas has continued almost unchecked since the war in Lebanon ended - until now. They have had more than enough time to stop sending rockets into Israel, and Israel has every right to defend itself from their actions.

Sad truth: Palestinian people elected a terrorist organization to lead them... they did this to themselves.

majnoon, devonee, loco...in all languages its crazy. Now on the CBC in Canada, the Israeli spokesman is justifying why a mosque, police station, university are Hamas targets. The news guy keeps asking him over and over but you say you are taking great care in only hitting Hamas targets, why are children dying? Crazy, no other word for it. Cheers!

It is just excuse after excuse with these people. They will do anything, say anything to put the blame on their victims. It was the same with every journalist and human rights activist that they killed (murdered). They either blamed them, accused them of wrong doing, or claimed it was an accident. Then they hold an 'internal enquiry' where they clear themselves of all wrong doing.

Lies lies and more lies. Pretty much if they say it, it is not true. Who else has a national slogan like that? That's telling you the modus operandi up front. We will trick you to do what we want!

I'm extraordinarily sorry for the Palestinians. I can't understand why the Egyptians or Jordanians cant get the Palestinians more useful weaponry. The Qassam rockets are a joke. Meanwhile, the Jews have the 2nd largest fleet of F16 fiter jets in the world. Israel says that it has the rite to protect it citizens, but then it continues to occupy annex and settle E. Jerusalem n' West Bank. I think that the Palestinians need to send some people on "Martyr Operations" in Israel proper, to retaliate for the Jews use of absurdly extreme force/violence.

Does anybody else ever wish there was some sort of giant tidal wave, which would hit the Levant and wipe it clean?

It's exactly as warped as attacking the bombers first, then hiding behind the innocent victims.

Neither side is right. Both sides are committing gross and indecent acts. However, I've only noticed one side intentionally congregating amongst innocent people, in schools, in mosques, at stores, etc. At least be honest about that.

The only thing circular here is the pattern of smoke the rocket makes when it's blown out of its launching pad in the middle of that neighborhood. And because they hide behind women, children and babies you think Israel should have just kept tolerating their rocket attacks on them?
