Just don't get boring stuff like a Parker pen.. she can get those things herself.

Something for her workstation. If she has an office, maybe a framed picture of something she likes or of a fond memory. I have one of those motivational posters in my office. I happen to like baseball so I have a sports related poster up. I happened to buy mine at allposters.com but I'm sure there are other places. The poster cost me about$20 and I bought a generic frame for about $30.
Also, a nice pen or desk kit with her name engraved on it is nice. She will think of you when using that kind of stuff. Theres nothing like a good pen. Not a $100 one but maybe a $20 one.
