You mean if it was impossible to gain? Well im sure if you want something REALLY REALLY REALLY badly you will do ANYTHING to achieve it. If i was in that position i would never give up unless i was 100% positive that there was no way i could get it. If i couldn't get it, i would work towards having something better than that :)

It depends on which that "thing" is.
I'm not a kid to cry or make a mess if I dont get something.
As kate said, one can work hard to get what one wants. Sometimes it is possible,,,,,,,,sometimes not.
One has to learn how to quit when is not able to have everything.
May be I should like to have a million dollars, but as I'll not get it......I dont care and dont think about it either.
So......if I cant have something...........I only forget about it. None can have everything.
