A SANE democratic government that concentrates itÂ´s efforts on eradicating ALL crime in ALL sectors, and dedicates itself to making South Africa a country looked upon favourably and respectfully by the whole world, which in turn, will be a sought-after example to all other African states as how to successfully change Africa from the worldÂ´s begging bowl (to use AlfÂ´s fave term) into something that all African can be proud of. Is that too much wishful thinking? Well, that is my HUGE present, take it or leave it.

All South Africa needs is good governance. Because there is enough money to support the poor, if it doesnt end up in politicians pockets. The govement would then be able to sort out the crime rate and help with poverty and make sure that there is water and electricity etc.

A good goverment will be able to give SA everything that has been metioned here, and more!

And to make that one thing i will put food, medicine, toys and buildings into one huge hamper and ship it over there where they can divide it amongst themselves. and i'll throw in a couple of diamonds for good measure ;)

If I could remove HIV from the country, that would be the easy call. I'm not a magician, but I wish I had the money to give everyone who needed it the top-line drugs that would allow them to live their lives with the disease.

This is a serious question and should be taken with consideration without sarcasm and rude remarks (black penis). Africa's main population does not have the things we take for granted everyday. Fresh/running water, food without parasites, birth control, medicine, fair trade, school for children.

Or that impossible gift: Each person getting any wish they ever wanted.
